FS Builders came and took off the entire finish of the outside of our logs. They stained them and sealed them off to the point where they look brand new. The logs had gotten darker over time due to dirt, and they got it right back to a brand new finish. The house is 16 years old, but it looks like it was just built!
It was our first time using them, and I would not hesitate to hire them! They were always there when I called with a question. When they came out there were a couple of extra things we needed to get done, and they took care of everything. Everything we asked for, we got!

I had one of the best contracting experiences with FS Builders. They told me exactly what they were going to do and were very clear about the dates and costs. They showed up on time and didn’t present me with any hidden costs at the end. I’m very pleased with the final results. The installers who came were very competent, knowledgeable, and cleaned up well. Their craftsmanship was excellent. They dry walled and framed the walls for my basement and did a wonderful job. I will definitely call them again if I need any additional basement work done. They were extremely honest and did the job right.

The Perfect Addition for our growing family.

FS Builders did a perfect addition to our once small two bedroom, one bath ranch style house. Chris and his team expanded our house by putting on a second story addition that contains three bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything was custom designed from the stairs to the roof and the finished product is beautiful. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work, design, craftsmanship, and knowledge provided all done in a timely fashion and affordable prices. I will definitely be calling them back when it comes time to remodel our kitchen. Thank you FS Builders for our now four bedroom, two bath home that our expanded family can enjoy!

FS Builders helped us finish our basement. They did the rough-in and all the wood framing. It looks fabulous! It was our first time using them, and I would say they’re a very friendly service with a personal touch. They have high quality craftsmanship.
We met personally with Dave to go through ideas for our plan. Then once we decided to move forward we worked with him and his staff. The staff was great. They asked questions along the way. If there was something they needed to ask us, they did so right away so the work could move forward.

The guys were very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. They were knowledgeable, we had no problems with anything they did. In 2010, FS Builders completed a restoration of our log home. They used a corn-blasting technique which is gentler on the wood. The product was in a butternut color to make the house look stunningly beautiful and brand new.
They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. They are incredibly thorough and fantastic to work with. The job took awhile but they took the time to do it correctly. It has held up beautifully. I would highly recommend FS Builders.
